Rafael has been a licensed construction consultant, developer and contractor for a better part of 26 years. Rafaels philosophy is to never be afraid to pursue life and business with a sense of passion and fairness. He always challenges himself and his team to find creative solutions to problems great and small.
As a licensed General and Electrical Contractor his scope of work varied from commercial & residential development, to large scale industrial electrical projects. Clients and strategic partners included corporations such as FedEx, Washington Mutual Bank, Manhattan Bank and World Savings to name a few. As a contractor and real estate developer, Rafael always practiced sustainable building methods.
In 2006, Rafael traveled throughout Europe and the Middle East to learn more about sustainable building and energy practices. Seeing advanced methods in use overseas, Rafael was motivated to work with leading domestic companies and government to realize the potential for solar and other emerging environmental technologies.
Rafael utilizes his construction and electrical knowledge to help companies of varying sizes operate more efficiently and safely. In addition, due to Rafael’s civic involvement with the L.A. Coastal Neighborhood Council, Port of L.A. Advisory Committee, Port of L.A. High School, Boys and Girls Club of America, and a former L.A. County Volunteer Fire Fighter, it was a natural fit for Rafael to work directly with government agencies, community leaders and industry to promote environmental policies and practices.
Family, Environment, Community and Business are Rafael’s passion, but his greatest success and source of inspiration comes from being a father and friend to his beautiful family and his five wonderful children Raffaele IV, Anna, Luka, Pablo and Georgio.
